Where will the lessons take place?

In the comfort of your home, at your convenience. We teach 7 days a week and arrange lessons based on your availability.

If I cannot make a scheduled lesson, how do I cancel?

We need 24 hours' notice for lesson cancellations.

Do I need my own instrument?

As your lessons will be conducted in your own home, you will need to have your own instrument available for lessons. For our PIANO STUDENTS we recommend the minimum an eighty-eight weighted keyboard - Roland ranges of digital pianos or Yamaha ‘Clavinova’, or
similar makes.

What happens when a teacher cancels my lesson?

If your teacher cancels a lesson you have 3 options to choose from:

have a catch up lesson,
you can have a refund
get a credit note of the lesson

What should I do if I am not happy with my teacher?

We encourage good communication between you and your teacher. If you find that your not happy for any reason with your teacher, please contact us and we will give you the option to allow us to find a new teacher.
