Music Theory Lessons

 

At home lessons
Music theory lessons are particularly suitable for students aged 10 – 18, working towards
their ABRSM examination (Grades 2-5), and those interested in improving their theory
understanding.

These lessons are ideal if you wish to:
Improve your theory thoroughly,
If you want to revise your theory skills for the ABRSM Grade 5 exam
and/or
If you are intersetsed in improving your knowledge of theory in order to enchance your
appreciation of music.

First student will learn basic music theory:
How to construct major and minor scales
Key and time signatures
Scale degrees and intervals
Triads and cadences
After the basic theory introduction lessons students will advance to the next music theory
study level.
